There are 3 major parts of the Bandana Growth team: job supply, users, businesses. Please answer the following questions below in any format that you would like and feel free to include text, images, etc.
Bandana is always expanding. Let’s say Bandana is set to expand to Massachusetts state and we want to prepare the site for job supply in this new state.
Provide an example of 1 large company (100+ employees) and 1 small company (< 50 employees) with presence in Massachusetts that would be a good fit for Bandana.
Provide 1-2 examples of real open jobs at each of these companies provided in Question 1 that would be a HIT on Bandana’s site. Please provide the applink for these jobs.
How would you think about scaling the job supply in this new market? We have been able to grow Bandana’s job supply from 40k to 200k+ in just short 6 months. Provide concrete examples of how we would scale the number of companies with active jobs on Bandana.com
